5 out of 5 starsInitially, I was kind of caught off guard when approached by Vivid's representative, Mr Bryan Gwynn. I had never considered getting new windows. Why would I? My windows were not broken, chipped or anything else as far as I knew. I agreed to their presentation and was "taken to school" with regard to the windows in my house. There were several points that kept me interested. ▪︎ They were punctual ▪︎ They answered each and every question I asked. No hesitation. ▪︎ There was no pressure. The presentation was "Here's what we offer. This is how much it costs and here's how we compare to other windows installers." ▪︎ Financing was made available in short order and was seamless. Bottom line, my wife and I are completely thrilled with our new windows. The process from meeting Mr Gwynn to watching the installer leave was an absolutely stress-free evolution. Without hesitation, I would recommend Vivid Windows. I would encourage anyone who may be uninformed about how windows can improve your home's value and your comfort on a day to day basis to give them a shot. If you decide to take a pass, they'll thank you for the opportunity and part ways. This was one of the very best decisions I've made and I couldn't be happier. Give them a shot!

5 out of 5 starsWe LOVE our new Vivid windows. My son’s bedroom in the front of the house isn’t insulated very well and so it gets so HOT. It has been miserable trying to cool it down enough for him to fall asleep. Within two days of having the window installed my son woke up and said, “mom I’m freezing in my room now.” The temperature in our home is way more stable and regulated. I love the black windows and how updated they make our home look. Vivid was quick and efficient with their installations process. Loved being able to work with this local company!

We had two window companies come through my neighborhood and attempt to sell me new windows. Both companies were terribly overpriced. We also priced out a local company in Pocatello that was 35% more than Vivid Windows for a similar quote. Vivid Windows came in under all of these prices by about 35%. The salesman, Carl Crosland, has good sales skills. One of the better door to door salesman I’ve interacted with in a decade or more of door to door salesman coming through my neighborhood. Carl is professional, he’s not pushy, not forceful, he’s not insistent, nor arrogant. He came across as genuine, straightforward, and was willing to work with me. Beyond my admiration for the salesman, the company came through with a timely install and the installer was top notch. Dave did an excellent job. He was personable, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. They even re-screened a few old screens free of charge. I’d recommend this company to anyone looking for a high quality install and a professional experience from the sales approach to the installation. It all went well and surpassed even my expectations, which people that know me well would say my expectations are sometimes quite high!View project showcase -
5 out of 5 starsAbsolutely thrilled with our new windows—what a game-changer! Vivid Windows installed all 16 of our windows in just one day, and the impact was immediate. Before, our AC would kick on by 11:00 a.m., but now it stays off until 2:00 p.m. The low-E glass is great, blocking the heat and keeping our home cool even when it’s over 95°F outside. My kids keep saying they’re cold indoors, which is a first for summer! Beyond the temperature control, the sound insulation is noticeably better, and the sleek new look has completely refreshed the feel of our home. We’re already enjoying the comfort and energy savings. And come winter? I’m excited to have no ice forming on the inside of our windows. Huge thanks to Carl and Vivid Windows for such a smooth experience and an incredible upgrade!

5 out of 5 starsI recently had all 13 windows and 1 sliding patio door in my home in Cedar City replaced by Vivid Windows. While my home is only nine years old, the original contractor-grade windows were showing signs of fatigue and made me a little sad when I looked at them. Large picture windows had lost their seals on 3 different occasions and had to have the glass replaced. Several single-hung windows had difficulty sliding evenly in their tracks. Dust blew through the corners of some windows, and sitting close to windows was often unbearably cold or hot, depending on the season and time of day. Though I was hesitant about making the investment, I am glad I decided to go ahead with the project. The new windows just “feel” more substantial. Harsh afternoon sun shining through the front picture window has been toned down. Three of the downstairs windows are vertically double-hung and can be opened inward for easy cleaning access. They have a night stop that allows the windows to remain open a bit while maintaining security, and a bottom lip for opening and closing so I don’t have to raise the blinds all the way up just to open or close the window. Two of the upstairs windows are horizontally double-hung. They also open inward for cleaning, and each has a screen which is on its own track so it can be shifted to cover either half of the window. I was nervous about what was physically involved in replacing the windows and whether there would be damage to my house, but Mark and Brad, the installation team, have the process down to a science. The gentlemen were knowledgeable, competent, efficient, and pleasant. The craftsmanship in their work is evident. They removed and replaced one window at a time, so only one small portion of the house was impacted at any given moment. The install took only 2 days, from about 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. each day. They cleaned up thoroughly (including ridding me of a wasp nest I hadn’t known was there). I don’t honestly expect huge savings on my utility bills - they aren’t that high to start with - but the improvements in aesthetics, convenience, and comfort are already evident. I am no longer sad when I look at my windows!

They were knowledgeable, professional with a great attention to detail. The windows were intalled over a two day period, including stucco repairs and touch up paint required around the two slider doors installed. The install crew were careful in our home and were great about cleaning up outdoors. One window was not included in the original install (manufacturing miscount), but it was installed later and we were kept informed as to when it would be delivered and installed. We would highly recommed this company for anyone wanting to upgrade their windows.

We love our new windows. We live in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, and the extreme heat in the summer transferred right though our old windows. That's not happening with our new windows from Vivid. We just got our windows done by Vivid Windows and we’re honestly so happy with how everything turned out. The install was super clean and Mark did an awesome job. You can really tell the difference in the quality. We’ve already noticed our utility bills going down, which blew us away. The new windows keep the house way more comfortable, and they open and close so much nicer than our old ones. We didn’t realize how bad our old windows were until now. Also want to give a shout-out to Jordan and Kim. They were super easy to work with and really helpful through the whole process. They made everything simple and stress-free. I love my new windows from Vivid. The colors out of my back windows are more vibrant. The morning sun used to heat up my home through my old windows, I can no longer feel that heat coming through. I give this company a 10 out of 10. When I met Kim she answered my questions and helped me choose which windows would work best for my home. The install was perfect. I noticed a difference immediately. There are no cold spots in the house, no wind whistling through the windows, the afternoon heat is not bothering me. I can enjoy looking out the windows. I also purchased two sliding doors which are fabulous. The windows have made our home so quiet. I was not prepared for the difference of the indoor climate. It’s wonderful. The install team was very professional. It took 3 days for 30 plus windows. Everyone was patient with any questions or concerns that I had. They cleaned up well after themselves. I am so pleased. The salesman Jordan came around her neighborhood and spoke with her about new windows, priced them out and even spoke to me over the phone (I live 2 hours away and couldn’t be there) going over all the details with me. Super helpful and kind. Full disclosure, i was skeptical, considering they are a new company. However, one of the owners Chris spoke with me over the phone, answered all my questions, very upfront, honest and followed through on things that needed to be addressed. Fast forward to 8/21. My mom’s windows are installed and look amazing! We couldn’t be more thrilled with the work the contractors completed! So glad we took a leap of faith and trusted them. Would highly recommend Vivid!

The windows look so beautiful and I love that they can open up from either direction, with the option to slide the screen to the other side, too. Those men left everything looking so nice and clean in the areas that they worked. And they did really terrific work, both with the taking out of the old windows and the installation of the beautiful new ones. There was only one basement window that had parts of the upper frame scratched, and they took care of that quickly and easily. All the vinyl on them is 100% new and can resist heat up to 220 degrees. Cleaning the window seal has never been easier and the UV protection is second to none! If you’re wanting to upgrade your windows but don’t want to pay an arm and a leg this is your company!! And the sals reaps are super kind and personable as well.

Right on schedule to install our new custom windows. The first thing we noticed was no more draft in our bedroom window. It looked just fine before but as soon as we had the windows replaced. It was defiantly a big difference. The season was just changing from hot to cold and we can feel a difference with both. Nathan was our company rep and he answered all our questions and made the process smooth and easy from start to finish. The install crew was done in 1 day and did fantastic white glove work. I was very impressed about how quick the install went, it was done in two days. They had covered all my furniture with plastic to help keep it from getting dusty during the install. They were all very professional, but what I like best is how affordable they were. My neighbor had bought some from another company and told me what they paid and I got mine alot less and my windows actually look better than theirs.

They were fast and very professional. Im disabled and couldn't move furniture...they moved it for me and then cleaned up before they put everything back. I absolutely recommend this window replacement company for their customer service alone, and the windows look WONDERFUL! They did the whole house in just over 3 hours. Well worth the money spent. You don't get service like this very much these days, this was an experience that was impressive and was very much appreciated.

The salesman, Nathan, provided a free in home estimate, explaining the different energy efficient options, helping us choose a double pane vinyl windows to handle our significant hot desert heat, giving us a fair price to fit our budget. Installation day went smoothly, protecting our floors and furniture with drop clothes. No mess was left behind as they wiped everything down before leaving. The new windows look fantastic, operating smoothly, making a noticeable difference; in that, our home stays much cooler than before, and reduced the noise levels down from outside. The seals are secured tight and feel solid and high quality. Vivid windows company come highly recommended, as all involved were professional, reliable, and provided us with great results.

I absolutely love my new windows. I was very skeptical when Nathan the salesman showed up talking about putting new windows in my house. 2 years ago we had the outside of our house stuccoed and rocked not thinking to put in new windows first. It seemed like an impossible task. The guys came and measured the windows being very respectful of my house and the windows were ordered. It took 6 weeks for them to come in. The installers called and made the appointment to come replace the windows. On the day of the install they showed up at the time they said they would be here. The guys were professional and efficient at taking out the old windows. They removed the old windows and installed the new ones, without damaging the stucco around the windows. They were respectful of my house laying drop cloths on the floor and cleaning the mess as they went. They completed the job that day and took all the old windows with them. 5 out of 5 starsWhole experience was quick and easy …. From the first visit to measuring windows to installation. Windows came in early than expected (was told 4-6 weeks for fabrication) and they did it in about 4 weeks….Abel and his crew showed up and got all 19 windows done in 1 day and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and now that we have the new windows, we didn’t even need to put the blinds back up in most of the rooms as the temperature in the house dropped by about 15 degrees (windows were installed in July) with the new windows and is a lot quieter.

Everyone we encountered, first contact rep, the sales rep, the gentleman who came and measured, the installers and the marketing department who followed up after the install, they were all exceptional. The install went well and the windows are absolutely beautiful. We opted to just do 10 of our 20 windows. Those 6 of which were which east facing and very much in need of replacement due to 28 years of Southern Nevada heat hitting them full force at sunrise. The new windows are far superior to the ones the builder installed which were probably top of the line in their day. Those old double pained insulated windows let so much heat in and the seals were failing. We were even getting a lot of dust in. The newwindows have a wider air gap and a reflective tint for daytime privacy and sun deflection. Plus they stay cool to the hand. They are so clear they make everything outside look like it's HD. Because our other windows aren still in good shape and don't get the brunt of the heat on a shaded patio, we only did 4 window on the west side including a casement window on the west facing kitchen window. I'm sure we will eventually do the other 10 windows we have on the rest of the house at some point, because these just are that good and look so wonderful. We will definitely be going with Vivid! 5 out of 5 starsWait it's 99 degrees outside? I can't tell anymore. Before installing these when it would get to 80 the AC was turned on full blast, now when it's hitting 90 the windows are closed no AC on and it's comfortable cool inside. The team did a great job installing 9 windows and 1 sliding door. Took 1 1/2 days, very clean and professional workmanship. Highly recommend, I got quotes from different places. They are the only ones who came to demo and really explain what is out there and what you'll be buying.

From the moment we met Darcey our Sales Rep, to the gentleman that took the true measurements of our windows, and then a few weeks later our installation crew, everything was very smooth and straight forward. We had 4 installation guys, and they worked simultaneously together from room to room in getting our windows installed. We are very pleased at how beautiful they look and operate. We have even noticed the new windows eliminate the outside noise. I'll add before and after photos. Our communication with everyone was spot on, no changes, showed up on time, respectful, layed drop cloths down, vacuumed/swept/cleaned up their mess both inside and out. We left one old windows above our front door in place. I regret not doing it at the same time, and have asked for them to replace that window as well, as it looks out of place.View project showcase -
